 Registration for all classes is confirmed by full payment, at which time participants will receive a supply list. Participants receive a 15% discount on all necessary tools and supplies associated with Jessamine courses. 


Quilting for Beginners

Course Fee: $35 (textbook & supplies not included)
The course runs each Saturday morning. 9am-12pm, from January 19th through February 23.* 

This six part course will cover the basics of colour choices, cutting, piecing, seam allowances, basic machine sewing and quilting, all the way to binding. Our experienced and skillful Jessamine instructors, Chris Hammond and Betty Tenon, will teach students the need-to-know skills as well as experienced insights into quilting. Each student will produce their own finished quilt by the end of the course.


Striped Table Runner Class

Course Fee: $35 +( fabric & supplies not included)

Learn to make this fabulous door/wall wreath or table top candle nest. This class will take you through the steps of the pattern and production of the wreath, as well as offering you a foundation for sewing projects with structure.

 

 


Spicy Spiral Table Runner

Bring your quilting & fabric love into three, cushy dimensions! In a one day class, you’ll assemble your quilted top into a piece of furniture, using the special equipment and guidance of an experienced instructor. Note: upon registration and payment, students will receive the pattern and ruler required to produce the quilted top for their tuffet at home.
